Editor, Stephen Phillips, is a practising naval architect, specialising
in the survey, valuation and performance assessment of large high speed
craft.
He has been a Director of Seaspeed Technology Limited since 1990, prior
to which he worked for Incat Designs in Australia and Vosper Thornycroft
in the UK.
